ThoraxTrainer can be used to work very effectively on the swim/bike transition, which is underrated in too many triathletes’ training plans.
I use the following session to teach the body how to cycle on fatigued core muscles and increased blow flow in the arms, with very good results. It’s done indoors and it’s very time efficient.
Repeat 5 times: (3′ ThoraxTrainer resistance level 7 + 5′ bike trainer /recovery: 1′ easy spin)
Repetitions and duration can be adjusted.
