I was interested in the Thorax Trainer to improve my swim. Now it’s off-season for me, so it’s perfect time to slowly adapt to the TT, 3 times per week, 30 to 40′. I took 2 weeks completely off since my last race and now I’m doing 1 swim, 1 bike and 1 run per week. The results are surprising so far. I’m close to %90 of my best level in all three disciplines with almost zero training. It’s not easy for me to understand but the Thorax Trainer has a very deep effect on the whole body and I’m now realizing the importance of a strong core, I feel it. But let me say it, this training is hard!
